This award-winning community interest company works exclusively with marginalised or excluded people and communities, as well as organsations seeking to develop their EDI understanding and practice, to offer coaching and training to people who are disabled or have long-term conditions, have mental health issues, are recent immigrants, define themselves as LGBTQ, or who have experienced racism.
Working with WEB, I built a new website, generated the creative elements including copy and photography, and developed a strategy for the company which made better use of communications via e-newsletters, social media and blogging. In 2018 I have also developed their first Social Impact Report and we continue to produce one every two years.
The company re-branded in 2023, a project which I initiated and was the lead on.
I now manage their marketing and communications, including all of their photography and video requirements.
