For MIF13 I was responsible for: - creating a brand new website in time for the Festival launch - developing a mobile version of the new website - establishing a social media policy for the organisation - delivering photography and video for the Festival - developing online and mobile donations - using Google Analytics to inform future changes - online advertising (including Facebook ads and website takeovers) - working with partners including BBC and The Guardian - developing strategies for online ticket sales and fundraising - the delivery of on and offline versions of the Festival City guide - writing copy across all platforms - email strategy and marketing
