DaDaFest is the Liverpool based international festival which inspires, develops and celebrates excellence in disability and d(D)eaf arts.
Having acted as a mentor to the marketing operation and advisor to the senior management team on working towards the 2016 festival, I was asked to take on a more influential role by becoming a Board Member. In that capacity I worked on the development of a new website for the organisation which launched in May 2018. My role developed and I became the organisation's Chair in 2023, successfully steering the team through a period of change. I stepped down as Chair following the 2025 festival.
